FormulaLock ("we") provides a free Google Apps Script for Google Sheets and a paid Pro licence, a one-time $19 USD payment.
Seller
Sales are made by Bhindi Labs Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202525565H), 3 Fraser Street, #04-23A DUO Tower, Singapore 189352. Card statements show LAUKI* FORMULALOCK; payments are processed by our billing entity, Bhindi Labs Pte. Ltd.
What you get
A licence key shown on our site right after checkout. It unlocks multi-tab locking in any spreadsheet where you enter it. Lifetime means for as long as we run formulalock.com; if we ever shut down, keys already entered keep working because nothing is checked again after activation. No subscription.
Licence
One key per purchaser, for your own spreadsheets and your team's. Don't resell or publish keys.
No warranty
FormulaLock reduces accidental overwrites; it is not a security or permissions system and can't guarantee cells won't change (see limits). Provided as is; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid.
